SOUTH CAROLINA CASINO REPORT By Steven Lee Steven Lee has been playing blackjack for the better part of 15 years, and taught himself to count cards almost five years ago. He plays mostly in Atlantic City and South Carolina and occasionally in Las Vegas. Casino covered in this report: SunCruz Casino (Little Rock, SC) This is my first report for this casino so I will provide as much detail as I can. There are two cruise ships located at Little River, SC: The SunCruz Casino and The Big "M" Casino. I’ve only played at SunCruz and this report will cover the playing conditions there. (In the near future I’ll be playing at The Big "M" Casino and I’ll write a report on that casino as well.) The SunCruz Casino is located at 99705 Mineola Avenue in Little River, SC (about 30 miles North of Myrtle Beach). The SunCruz is a casino boat that sails three miles out into international waters where casino gambling is permitted. There are two sailings per day (except no cruises on Monday); the first sailing is from 11 am till 4:15 pm (on weekends it sails from noon to 5:15 pm) and the second cruise is from 7:00 pm till 12:15 am (on Friday and Saturday its 5pm till 1 am). The entrance fee is $10 and you must show a photo ID to board the boat. Also please note: the boat closes the doors at 5 minutes prior to sailing, and they will not make any exceptions to board you once they close the doors.
