BLACKJACK IN EUROPE REPORT #2: MALTA CASINOS

Bored with poker, German gambler Radek Vegas discovered blackjack on a Vegas trip. Since then, he has improved his skills and knowledge so that he reached his goal and is able to beat the casino at blackjack and writes about it on http://www.blackjack-winner.de.

As a European, you have to be creative if you want to find a good casino to play blackjack. You can forget Germany and Austria because they use Continuous Shuffling Machines (CSM's). Portugal and Spain are not any better. Czech Republic is a better spot (even though I had a losing streak the last time I played there). (Note: You can read about casinos in Italy inissue #200.)
Nonetheless, there is a small country where a lot of online casinos are located due to low-cost taxes. It's sunny and warm even in European winters and there are inexpensive flights and hotels. I'm talking about Malta!
Malta is the smallest country in the EU with a population of 430,000 that share four major casinos. Three of them are located within 300 miles in a City called St. Julian. The casinos are:

Therefore, I had to find out myself during my visit what the blackjack conditions are.
